HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION Subject always to the restrictions in section 3, we may share information as follows: - Service providers and vendors — hosting, scheduling software, payment processing, email and text delivery, and customer support, under contract and only as needed to perform their services for us - Technicians and contractors — the service address and job details needed to perform your pest control service - Professional advisors — lawyers, auditors, and accountants, where necessary - Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of any person, including reporting required by pest control regulations - Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described here - At your direction — any other party you explicitly ask us to share with We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 5. DATA RETENTION We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law and by tax, accounting, and pest control recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. 6.
