ALL4PEST SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective August 25, 2026 Last updated August 25, 2026 These terms govern the All4Pest text messaging program, operated by All4Pest CA LLC. By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to them. 1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION All4Pest sends text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages include appointment reminders and confirmations for scheduled pest control service, and occasional promotional offers and discounts. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from All4Pest. 2. HOW TO OPT IN You can join the program by: - Submitting your mobile number through the sign-up form at www.all4pest.com - Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you book or request service - Giving consent to an All4Pest representative when you schedule an appointment Only the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number may opt in. By opting in, you confirm that you are that person and that you are 18 years of age or older. 3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY You will receive up to 1 promotional message per month, plus appointment reminders and confirmations relating to service you have scheduled with us. 4. COST Message and data rates may apply. All4Pest does not charge for this program, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message sent and received. Check your plan or contact your carrier if you are unsure what those rates are. 5. HOW TO OPT OUT — REPLY STOP You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from All4Pest. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from All4Pest unless you opt in again. To rejoin, sign up again at www.all4pest.com, or ask an All4Pest representative to add you when you next book service. 6. HOW TO GET HELP — REPLY HELP For help, reply HELP to any message from All4Pest. You will receive a reply with our contact details and a link to these terms. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and on factors outside our control, including network availability, device settings, and coverage. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or that it will arrive at a particular time. 8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You agree to: - Provide a mobile number that you are authorized to use - Tell us promptly if you change or give up that number, by replying STOP or emailing info@all4pest.com - Not use the program for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing purpose If you transfer or cancel your mobile number without telling us, messages intended for you may reach a number that is no longer under your control, and you agree that All4Pest is not responsible for that. 9. PRIVACY Your information is handled in accordance with the All4Pest Privacy Policy, available at www.all4pest.com. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in and consent data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with our messaging provider and mobile carriers, for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked to receive. 10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
